STAMINAGO® REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your StaminaGo® purchase. Because our products are beverages and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or consumed products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us at info@staminago.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging when applicable

We may request additional information to help us investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, StaminaGo may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Product Quality Concerns

If you have a quality concern regarding a StaminaGo product, please contact us with your order information and a description of the concern.

We take product-quality concerns seriously and may request information such as the product flavor, lot code, expiration/best-by information, and photographs of the product or packaging.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@staminago.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

Refunds

If StaminaGo approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We generally do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products that have been opened or consumed
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Packages that are refused or abandoned by the customer

However, StaminaGo will review individual circumstances and will honor rights and remedies required by applicable law.
