StaminaGo® products are shipped from our fulfillment facility in the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer.
Shipping
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to StaminaGo or our fulfillment provider because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Shipping Delays
Shipping and delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, high shipping volumes, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside StaminaGo’s reasonable control.
If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe promised or otherwise required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice and any required cancellation or refund options.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier investigation.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise compromised, please contact info@staminago.com and provide your order number and photographs of the package and product.
Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped together or separately depending on inventory and fulfillment requirements.
